My plants were delivered damaged, what do I do?

Due to the complexities of packing and shipping live plants, sometimes things don’t go quite as expected. You can refer to the troubleshooting section of this FAQ (Help! My succulent is...) to try to diagnose the problem and see if there is a quick fix. For the rare instances of damage or other issues, we offer a 14 Day Quality Guarantee to all our customers. If you qualify for the guarantee, please send photos of all the affected plants to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery.
